Tick Task Ltd. develops and manufactures innovative products dealing with time management for different populations.

Tick Task Ltd, from the Israeli Active Line group, deals with the development, manufacture, and marketing of childcare products and equipment. The company includes professionals from the fields of occupational therapy, education, and product design.

We aspire to improve the quality of life of children around the world by the development and manufacture of products for home use, therapy, and education. The products are:
• easy to use and comfortable
• made of safe materials, child and environmentally friendly
• designed in a modern style and pleasing to the eye
• money, space, and time savers
• suitable to the needs of each family and child, flexible, and grow with the child

How was Tick Task™ born?
Three out of five of our family members were diagnosed with ADHD. Like many other parents, we experienced the desire for harmony and flow in the household and the disturbance to this harmony because of daily organizational tensions.

Also, like other parents, we were frustrated and exhausted as a result of the difficult work needed in the early morning when trying to leave the house on time, or in the evenings during bedtime preparations.

The fatigue builds up and also the unstoppable need for the parents to mediate in simple activities which the child needs to do, including brushing teeth or putting on shoes.
The mediation needed is not because the child can't physically do it on their own or refuses to do so, but because of organizational difficulties, a faulty perception of time, daydreaming, lack of focus and difficulty transitioning from one activity to the next.

We also wanted to help our children become more independent, content and confident with themselves, but we didn't find suitable solutions to help us with time management.
We leveraged our professional backgrounds and experience in occupational therapy and therapeutic product development in order to develop Tick Task. During development we tested it for a long period of time with our kids, and later with other families. We witnessed a substantial improvement in the organization and time management of our children. Not only that, but we saw an improvement in our own time management, because Tick Task also helps us organize and forces us to be consistent.
